Believe the reviews when people say this place is HORRIFIC. They are SO rude. Their “manicure” doesn’t include filing or shaping the nail, cutting the cuticle, or anything else. They basically just paint your nails. I had to ask her to clean up my cuticles and first she said no because I “don’t have any.” Obviously I have some, but she proceeded to cut my skin in the process. And if you ask for even the most simple nail art, they charge an extra $15. For three manicures, they charged us over $130. And our nails are the worst they’ve ever looked after a “professional” manicure. It looks like it has already grown out for a week because she didn’t paint close enough to the cuticle. TRUST ME when I say STAY AWAY.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I have never been to such an unprofessional nail establishment EVER! I called ahead and asked the price for medium length ombré and was told $50. I get there and the man cuts the nail tip extremely short, like sporty short looks at the lady behind him showing her and tells me SIXTY FIVE are you serious!!!! I said go ahead but you all need to seriously look at competitive pricing and understand what the difference in lengths are. He proceeds to do acrylic on them I tell him I would like them thicker as they were literally paper thin he tells me no and went to start my other hand I said no I want them thicker he said I should have said something before he finished. SERIOUSLY! I said just take them off because they aren’t what I want the price is insane and the service is treacherous. He did and I left I will NEVER GO BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER. Go to L&T better prices better service and better knowledge.

Went to this nail salon last night to get my nails done. I got acrylic over my natural nails and gel polish on my finger and toe nails. This morning one of my acrylic nails chipped off on the corner and my gel polish on my toe nails has already started chipping off. This is ridiculous considering I paid $85 dollars for it.

The pictures don’t do it justice. I was very disappointed! This the second time I’ve visited , the customer service needs some work. Half my nails are missing polish, the polish is uneven on my nails and just a week after I had them done it peel off!

They were open on Sunday, and they have spa chairs, but the service seemed rushed. I asked my technican to trim my ingrown nails; he did, but it hurt. The leg massage was disappointing. My friend’s technician seemed to get more paint on her toes than her nails. It felt like they were ready to close up and go home.
