30 minute Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage involves in applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach the deeper layers of muscles and the tissues surrounding the muscles (fascia). This technique is used to break up scar tissue and physically breaks down muscle “knots” or adhesions that can disrupt circulation.		$45.00
30 minute Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is the most traditional form of massage. It is a gentle massage that focuses on relaxing the mind and body, while promoting a sense of well-being. Swedish massage increases circulation, which circulates the endorphins, detoxifies the body, and lowers the blood pressure.		$45.00

Racheale is on of the most spiritual individuals I’ve ever had complete energy work and deep tissue massage on me. I literally felt like I was floating when I left and was 100% pain free.
