Heidi always knows how to make me feel better! As a runner, and sufferer of chronic back and hip pain, my body requires constant maintenance and occasional “emergency treatment” to keep moving forward. Heidi is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. After just one or two sessions, she knew my “problem areas” even better than I did, and was able to address them and recommend small changes in posture to help prevent them.
