Had an appointment, after about 15 minutes one of the girls attempted to call the stylist. When she called back after a bit she said she was stuck in traffic and would be in in 5 minutes. I can understand that so I waited another 15 minutes, still a no show. At 30 minutes past my appointment time I walked out. Only one girl in bothered to ask me if I needed anything, she was a sweetheart. It had been a while since I had been to this salon, and I used to love coming here, looks like I haven’t been missing out. Will not be returning and will not recommend to anyone who doesn’t have all day to wait around.
