I travel for my job, I have had my nails done throughout the eastern half of the United States and have never experienced such amazing skilled technicians. Vivian is amazing nails, and facials. Mark has been doing dip for over 20 years and his techniques are amazing. He applies the dip so your nails will grow and be healthy. The final product looke exquisite.. all technicians go above and beyond to satisfy their customers with professionalism and skill.

well… the inside Is pretty… I decided to go here because my normal spot was super busy. I only got a pedicure. $52 nothing great about it. OH AND A EXTRA 20 FOR GEL WHICH NEVER WAS TOLD TO ME…..RIDICULOUS!!!! 72$ FOR A PEDICURE AND MY TOES ARENT EVEN PAINTED COMPLETELY. areas of big toes are not even done. she didnt shape my toe nails or file them. I told her square and she looked at me funny. HORRIBLE WORK RIDICULOUS PRICES. I could of went in the hood and got a better pedi for cheaper. not recommended. most places gel is extra 10!!! not 20 they should of let me keep the bottle of polish at that point I paid for it. the picture are from the day I got them done today. looks horrible. thanks now I have to get my feet redone smh.

I came in on 10/10/21 as a walk in for a design and shape fix from another nail salon. Mark took me right in and made my nails so beautiful. He ended up doing the entire set over bc the previous one was so bad. It was worth it. I met the owner Diane and the customer service was amazing. I’ve been wanting to find a nail salon since relocating from out of state and decided today seemed like a good day to treat myself to a nail day. I booked an appointment online and appreciated the up front pricing they had as well as the ease to make an appointment through their system. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment was greeted and taken back to the massage chair for my pedicure. The staff were fairly friendly but I felt there was sense of urgency to get me in and out. I paid for the deluxe pedicure had a exfoliating scrub of sorts applied to my legs. Although the tech was doing a great job of giving a fairly lengthy (for applying a scrub) massage onto my legs it was beginning to burn on my (newly shaved) legs. I assume it may have had sea salts in it because it had the same sting as when you freshly shave and walk out into salty ocean water. I then had a lotion applied which seemed to alleviate the irritation only to then have hot towels placed onto them which caused stinging once again. I didn’t say anything mainly because I could tell from the conversation the front desk person already had several times that they wanted to close shop (even though it was clearly not closing time yet, 6:15, when the salon closed at 7:00. I then was approached by the receptionist asking for me to make payment prior to my services being done so I obliged. In the end the nail tech did his job alright, not $48.00 worth. I couldn’t help but think that for the deluxe that corners may have been cut because they seemed to rush service and even while my nails were setting to dry my nail tech packed up and headed out the door for the night.

Positive: QualityI absolutely love my nails! Vivian did a great job.I was a walk-in on a Friday around 6pm. As soon as I entered, I was greeted. Everyone seemed very friendly. I waited about 20-25 min to be seen. I initially wanted a French gel manicure, but Vivian convinced me to get a French dipping powder manicure. It turned out great!I think what I loved most about this place was the customer service. The staff was very welcoming. My only cons would be that I did not really get a hand massage at the end and they were a little rough on my hands.Service: Dip powderI absolutely love my nails!
