Came in on a Saturday and got an acrylic set and gel pedicure. The nails came out really cute! My nail tech was very friendly and sweet. Clean facility and nice massage chairs. Great experience overall

After moving here from Denver, I’ve been struggling to find a good nail tech, & after 3 months I’ve finally found one! Cindy, you did such an amazing job thank you so much! I’m very picky and ocd when it comes to my nails, and I can say I’m sooo happy with these results. Cindy matched the design I was looking for so well, and took her time to make sure I was happy. I 10/10 would recommend her. She even stayed past closing to get it done. I posted a picture of what I showed her I wanted & the picture of my hand in the car is what she did. We did dip on my real nails. She got my nail shape just how I like it, after the last place I went too messed them up so bad she was able to fix it. I will most definitely be coming back. Ask for her, you won’t regret it.

Cindy has done a great job every time. I enjoy going to Blue nails spa, it’s clean, relaxing, and they are always friendly. I broke a nail, Cindy not only fixed the broken nail, but gave a look over and applied a fresh top coat to all my nails. Very refreshing compared to past nail salon experiences. my second time here at this salon – the first time was decent because when i came in it wasn’t busy and i got in and out right away but today which is my second time i walked in and there were 2 men – 1 was already doing nails and politely asked what services i needed and the other one wasn’t doing anything – when i walked in he had a frown on his face – so i’m sitting for about 20 minutes maybe and two caucasian ladies walked in and im african american and the guy who wasn’t doing anything when i came took one of the other ladies – but i’ve been here before they arrived – i didn’t address it – i try not to sound ignorant or pull the race card but it’s pretty hard not to when things like this happens and in the middle of me typing this the man who was doing nails when i arrived just asked me if i could wait an extra hour and 45 min for his wife to come and i just asked him if i could just get my nails done and wait on her to do my eyebrows but he insisted on me waiting – and then took the other caucasian lady – so now i’m still quietly sitting in the chair and i haven’t been serviced – it’s frustrating- i wouldn’t recommend – and after today this will be my last time coming here – it’s blue nails and spa located in sterling heights mi 48312 – in the little plaza /

Came in for dip power and was charge for a manicure I never received also job was very rushed and when I told the owner I was not satisfied with my nails but I still was going to pay which I did she stated she did not care very unprofessional and worst service ever this was my 3rd time there 1st time was good 2nd great 3 time I notice they were bring biased towards the black women in there which I am but never notice before because I was the only customer at the time but I definitely did see a difference in the treatment I received
