I went in for the first time today. I travel and work a lot and for the year that I’ve lived in CT, I just hoped to find a place I can go to and relax but get a perfect Gel pedicure and manicure. I found it here. Finally! The owner, Kevin, is a perfectionist. Love that! My manicure is perfect for business and social events. Rosa did my gel pedicure and was also a perfectionist. Another mail technician gently removed my existing gel. The ice cream on the cake was the price. I’ll be back in a few weeks. Grateful, pleasantly surprised and super pleased.

I would prefer to give no stars. My fiancé was just there to get a pedicure and manicure before our wedding. The manager was rude and abusive after trying to charge for services that were never agreed to or requested. He told her she was not allowed to leave and chased her out of the driveway. She left traumatized. This is a small town and this type of behavior from any business, will spread by word of mouth. Read the other reviews. When other people post similar experiences, he even is abusive in his responses. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

I’ve been here 2 times now and both times I had a really great experience. Most recently I came here with my daughter for her birthday and we used our groupon for manicures, pedicures and back massage. We had such a great time and our nails turned out beautifully! It’s been more than a week and my manicure is still looking great. The salon is clean and modern, the prices are great and they are very accommodating. The customer service is very friendly and the owner really strives to make you feel special.

TERRIBLE AND TOO PRICEY!! I paid $30+ to get my toes done with regular polish and the girl left nail polish all over my skin on my toes. I went with my friend and we were going to get French acrylics and we were told it would be $85. We ended up leaving only paying for our toes. Very disappointed. They also had terrible service even tho we had made an appointment once we arrived they were taking other walk ins while we’re still waiting.

This was the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. We called in advance for a mani pedi and 1 hour reflexology. The customer service was awful from the beginning and it must of been the technicians first day. He was extreme rough every time he moved my foot. Then he went to do the reflexology and I had to ask him if he has ever massaged a foot after rubbing my leg up and down for 10 minutes of the now 25 minute massage. This was because they did not have time to do a full 60 minute massage. I will not be returning here.

I took my daughter for a pedicure because she was having a very bad day. I had budgeted the amount on the menu. I was a little miffed when I was paying. I was charged for them to put a color nail polish on. There wasn’t any signage for me to know that or when we were asked if we wanted to pick a color. It was my first and last visit. Pedicure

If you are looking for a great experience and red carpet nails, this is your place! As a person that doesn’t get their nails done very often, I was skeptical at first because I had never been to Blue Nail Spa before. My first experience there was wonderful. The environment was clean and very relaxing. I wasn’t rushed in and out, they took their time and worked diligently on each client. Everyone was so kind and the owner was on top of making sure results were satisfactory, which I loved! Most importantly, the finish product had me stunned!!! Definitely will be returning! Highly recommend this place!
