Visited Blue Moon Salon today with my four year old son. It was his first professional haircut and I couldn’t be happier. Sarah did an outstanding job! The haircut was skillfully done and everyone was genuinely very friendly to us. I have been going to Denise at Blue Moon for a few years since moving from Raleigh and she is always willing to talk with me about what I want to do with my hair. I am confident in her advice and know that she will not let me leave until we are both happy. She is awesome with both color and cuts. Everyone at the salon is inviting and friendly. I don’t know why it took me so long to write a review because I was overjoyed from the very first visit! Everyone there is amazing as I have enjoyed watching all of their incredible work during my visits and it is such a fun environment! Do yourself a favor and call them immediately!! Tracy did a treatment for my daughter’s hair, cut, and styled it and it looks beautiful and feels so soft and silky.She followed safety protocols in place to protect clients and made me feel at ease while visiting the salon during this time of the COVID pandemic.The other stylists at the salon we friendly and professional. Critical: QualityDo not use Sarah!!! One of our kids asked for a pixie and got this awful uneven boy hair cut way shorter than a pixie that she is upset with, it can’t even really be fixed. Our other kid had long hairs, uneven across his forehead, it was awful you guys. I know i see awesome comments about one employee.
