I came in yesterday to have my roots and color done. It was a complete disaster the color was completely off from what I had asked for and uneven and had to be redone. They colored my hair in the sink which I specifically asked before the whole process started not to have it colored in the sink, was never showed the dye that was going to be put in my hair to even check if it was the right color. I came in with 4 inches of dirty blonde roots and the rest was bleach blonde perfect for soaking up pretty much any fashion color I wanted to put on it. The hairdresser somehow managed to make the brown in my hair darker and I left with the same amount of root I came in with. I asked for an inch of root the top that feeds into Lavender. Which is not it all what I left with. After arguing with my stylist they agreed to fix it the next day for free (originally tried to charge me to fix my botched hair). Unfortunately my hair had just been bleach the day before and cannot undergo being” fixed “ The day after. The owner had a nasty attitude and was unpleasant and refused to refund me and wouldn’t speak to me. Horrible way to conduct business. So I paid $195 for them to put some purple in my hair that was not even what I asked for and it looks like a 5th grader did it..
