7/24/22: Salon was clean and ladies behind the counter were welcoming. The photos attached are considered 3D volume lash extension and because I am a new customer I I was given 20% off so I paid $212 instead of $250.The artist did not have a portfolio so that I could view my options but she was nice and the service was enjoyable. The customer service overall was off a bit. The entire process of getting information from their website and from them was a little difficult. The end result was pretty, but NOT a volume set, and the owner made “special” accommodations that allowed me to use my $250 gift card towards the service & a tip since they only accept cash for tips but only tell you once you’re there.

Critical: Communication, QualityI have been coming here exclusively for over a year now for manicures (usually gel powder), pedicures, and massages. Each time I have a different experience, some times have been great, while others were not so great and I was charged extra for things unfairly (I once had a nail break one day after a manicure, it broke my nail underneath the gel powder and they made me pay $5 to literally super glue my nail back together; a good manicure wouldn’t have cracked the next day).Today was my last time coming here, they were incredibly busy due to the holidays, and I had no problem waiting. All I wanted was to have my gel powder manicure removed, which cost me $21 (I have never paid more than $10 elsewhere for this and have always had them shape my nails and put a top coat on included in that price – they didn’t do that here). I’ll just let these pictures speak for themselves, how are you going to charge over $20 to let me walk out like this? There are so many other salons in this area, I hate to have to go try them all out until I find a replacement, but this is unacceptable to do to a loyal customer.I have been coming here exclusively for over a year now for manicures (usually gel powder), pedicures, and massages. The manicure and pedicure were good. So clean! Spent an hour and a half on a manicure and pedicure and $60 with tip. Not once person asked if I’d like a massage while everyone around me did. Disappointing. The owner said the tech said I didn’t want one and blew me off when I let them know. I can get a medi and pedi anywhere for much less if not getting the extra… bummer.

My first time here. Got a mani/pedi and a surprise massage was included. Everything was very clean, the staff is pleasant, respectful and attentive and there is plenty of parking. A tad expensive, but definitely worth it!

5 stars for the quality of work they do. Literally the best nail salon I’ve been to you won’t be disappointed. But 4 stars for charging you through the roof for anything. 10 dollars just to fix 2 broken nails and 10 dollars to do an ombré.

Critical: ProfessionalismIt’s sad that it is no longer Coco Spa. The decor is cheap, tacky, and overwhelmingly cluttered. The woman who did my nails felt like her hands were grimy and dirty which made me uncomfortable The entire time. Then at the end of my manicure she attempted to put lotion my hands and arms without first using a hot towel. I had nail filing gritty residue all over my arms and she wanted to simply rub that in with lotion. Absolutely gross. The pedicure felt rushed. They take you into a darkened room to do your leg massage which would have been great if not for the woman that kept insisting that I should have my own babies after telling her I didn’t have children but had a stepdaughter. She said…”no good…you need to have your own babies. Your husband doesn’t want to give you babies?” I was at a loss for words. So many boundaries crossed. I will never return. It’s sad that it is no longer Coco Spa. The decor is cheap, tacky, and overwhelmingly cluttered. Came here with my partner for our first facial! We had such a pleasant experience. Went well. The estheticians we had gave us great advice and treated our faces well.

Great experience! First time pedicure spa after sending my wife and mother here for a few years. They recommended Blue Lotus and I approve. After reading the previous reviews, I disagree with the negative reviews due to their inconsistencies in stories. The owner was very polite as well as their staff. No complaints here, thank you.
