I got a gift card in February for a student massage . It took my 6 months to get in , I called and went in to ask for my mom’s money back and was told we could buy items from the shop . Fast forward to an opening , I was super excited bc I really needed it . The young lady was nice , the room was soo hot bc of the window . It was concerning bc she touched really close to my spine . I like pressure but it was a little to much over my soft spots and bones. I have bruising now wasn’t worth the hassle to get in

We started with a yoga session – told the instructor we were beginners and she put together a great combination workout/relaxation class that was perfect for our level. Next was an amazing aromatherapy massage followed by 30 minutes in the sauna. Best of all, we were snowed into our hotel and the spa arranged for us to be picked up so that we could still make our appointment. We were SO impressed by the level of customer service. We started with a yoga session – told the instructor we were beginners and she put together a great combination workout/relaxation class that was perfect for our level. So excited to finally find a great spa in town. Paulette gave me a wonderful relaxing facial. She paid attention to all my favorite little things and just was such a good experience. I really appreciated that she let me keep my head up a bit as well. I will definitely be back.
