I can finally say I love my skin again! I have had facials at various places, and even after going repeatedly thinking I would see a significant change, my skin was still dry and congested. I found Blue Lotus through Groupon and thought I would give them a try. It was easy to book, the waiting room was relaxing, and I really enjoyed the service. The cleansers and products they use smell so good. I also liked that they weren’t pushy about purchasing products but they did make recommendations. At the end, they had an offer to buy a series at a discount. I thought why not and see if I noticed any improvements in my skin. I cannot express how glad I am I did. Maggie is the best! My skin is now soft, smooth and you can barely even see my pores! I always leave feeling refreshed and my skin glowing. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I bought a groupon and it was such a great purchase! This place is really awesome ! The lady who works the front Chelsea is super friendly and let me know if I had trouble finding them she would go outside to greet me!!I got a facial and waxing and Nadiya was my esthetician! Love her! So knowledgeable and friendly and suggested products with a helpful not at all forced way! My skin looked so much better when I left and for a great price plus they have specials beside the groupon. I got my 25 year old daughter to schedule a facial for her sometime acne issue! Definitely recommend!

Visited this location with a Groupon for facial services. The office environment is very quiet and relaxing. The waiting area is stocked with tea, water, blankets, electronic chargers and comfy oversized chairs to keep guests relaxed while they wait. Nadiya was super sweet. I highly recommend Blue Lotus!

THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE…I normally do not write reviews unless it is one of the extremes, and this was an extreme in a very positive way! I’ve been blessed to receive massages from all over the globe, and hands down this place is the best. The staff are beyond professional, and know what they are talking about from a medical perspective. The entire building is clean! Very clean and in my experience from spa sydell who isn’t clean or professional…Blue Lotus stands out like no other! don’t hesitate and get something on the books right meow!

From the moment you walk in the door there is an overwhelming sense of peace and calm. Every detail is designed with care, from the aromatherapy to the waiting area, to the session rooms. Scam on groupon. Paid in advance and still needed my credit card to schedule an appointment. For what??? I had to spend my personal time to get my amount refunded. They need to understand that once someone already pays for a service in advance, they just need a groupon number like other businesses do. Common sense does not seem to apply here. Real bad business practice
