Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe woman who game me the massage left the door open so anyone in the foyer could see me /: She didn’t give a good massage or communicate well. She wanted the payment upfront plus yip. I’m glad I said the tip will be payed after. I shouldn’t have paid any tip!!!!! I won’t be going there again!!!!

The massage wasn’t as good as the one I get at the Relaxing Station in Columbia, MO. She didn’t even seem to be interested in providing a full massage. Basically, I was charged for a full hour just to get a 30 minute mediocre rub down with oil. After the massage she basically demanded that I tip more and stated “It’s very hard work”. The total amount was $90.00 for a rub down, no deep tissue or reflexology on my feet. It was horrible! I will not be going back at all.

The price and level of service is spot on! Unlike massage therapy, the massage here is highly intuitive and feel less regimented. Highly recommended!

Made an appointment for a couples massage and drove hundreds of miles from another state to go on vacation and to go to this appointment which was at 11 am. They called me at 10:59 am and I didnt answer because I was driving and didnt hear it, I called the number back at 11:02 am but no answer. Showed up to my appointment at 11:03 am, which was 3 minutes late, the woman said because I didnt answer she gave my appointment to someone else that walked in and I could come back later then she pretended to not speak very good English when I got upset and questioned her because she didn’t want confrontation. Dont waste you’re time here, customer service is terrible and they’re inconsiderate. They dont wear masks and this place looked like the covid.

If you are in to a 3 gallon oil butt rub then this is the place to go. If you want an actual massage i would recommend finding a different option.
