Had a wonderful experience with Mary Lou! Attentive to my needs during my entire hour making sure I was comfortable with the atmosphere, music, temperature etc. Her explanations along the way (this was my first visit) on why she was doing a particular technique were great. Very informative. I will definitely be going back and will pass her info to my friends and family as well! I feel great after just an hour can’t wait to go back!

I had a 2 hour massage with Mary Lou and the experience was incredible. Her space smelled good, had relaxing sounds and comforting..Upon arrival I had severe pain in both of my lower legs from physically overdoing it with running and or dancing, and could barely walk. She spent lots of time w deep tissue massage getting all the pressure points etc.. She adjusted her firmness throughout based upon my comfort level. After she finished her concentration on those target areas she finished the rest of the body..When the massage was complete, i was relaxed w zero tension or soreness anywhere and bonus I could walk without pain… I can’t wait to visit Mary lou again and would highly recommend her to anyone I know who needs a great massage. She was the best I’ve ever had and that says lot considering all the places and people I’ve gone to.
