I’ve had a mixed experience every time I come here. They do okay nails, I’ve only ever gotten acrylics or a fill. It’s better to come with a walk-in, twice I’ve made an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. One of those times the lady straight up told me it was because I looked like I was in high-school, and probably didn’t have a job. Every time I’ve come as just a walk-in, I’ve waited a max of 10 minutes. This most recent time I came, the man insisted I needed a new set not just a fill so okay cool that’s fine. While he was popping off the old set, he broke one of my natural nails, like not at the top either it broke in the center and started to pull off in the middle to the point where it was bleeding. He continued the service, and then started to get angry when I told him no don’t put another nail on that finger! He was agitated about it, and insited it won’t burn and wouldn’t be a problem. I had to tell him like 6 times do not put anything on that finger it needs to heal! The rest of the service went well, he told me I could come back any time to get the last finger done so that was nice. He gave me a spider design I did not ask for, saying it was for what happened, but still charged me for it. The nails are cute, they can be a little rough, and prices aren’t posted.

A little more pricey but not by much. However well worth it. Amazing and thorough job on pedicures and manicures. Amy did an amazing job on my hands and feet. I am now going to be using this salon for now on. Best nail salon on the mountain. Very detailed and clean work and super friendly staff. Amy really took good care of me there i definitely recommend using her if she’s available. Such a good experience i want to go back already

Went in for a Christmas inspired gel manicure. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Overall: Quick, friendly with attention to detail. The nail salon is bright, clean warm and inviting.

Very kind hardworking people..accommodating and friendly service. I’m thankful for the service! They do tend to be busy and I gave them one less star due to lack of personalization and detailed work. I think more product colors would be great, and not being rushed along and better quality and time spent per person. However, if you need them done this is the place!! If your picky and want perfection maybe not the place. They have a ton of traffic and I think they feel pressured to serve everybody. I love the staff and think their kindness is beautiful. ❤

Absolutely terrible service. My mother and I get pedicures here every year before 4th of July. We walked in and were told it would be a few minutes. No problem, we selected our colors and sat down. Then multiple people walked in without appointments and were cared for before us. After an hour of waiting we asked how long until they would get to us. A rude response of 10 minutes until 1 chair would be available for pedicure. We decided to wait the 10 minutes to see what would happen. After 15 minutes still nothing. Another mother daugther duo walked in and were welcomed in to sit down immediately. Without an appointment. Will not be returning and highly do not recommend.

Tom was awesome, and did a great job on my nails. He also does amazing pedicures. I give Tom 4.5 stars, but shop 3 stars. The ladies are always unfriendly over the phone, and also to people who are not their regulars.

I had a great experience. My wait was 15 minutes with an appointment but they take walk ins and closed at 4. I came in at 3pm. Michael did my nails and in the shape I wanted. He was very nice and cared about me being happy. I love them. Nice job!

I was disappointed. Asked for the $40 deluxe pedicure, took a half hour and I did not feel relaxed by the process even asked me to tear up the check I wrote and do another one without a name in the “pay to” section. Felt rushed.
