Blue Diamond Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI came in excited because I haven’t had my nails done in months. We were getting along the shape was coming out well. I showed her my reference pic and she said she could do it. She snatched my hand each time I wasn’t paying attention or would yell. I asked for heart stickers or glitter she may have and didn’t have the colors. I asked if she could just paint the glitter so she doesn’t have to draw each heart and she said no. She started drawing the heart and I said sorry it’s too big just leave the design out. She asked to attempt it again and I said okay. And it was not a heart it was a bubbly letter A. So I again tell her just the gel. She yells at me for being too picky. I paid full price and tipped because I used to work in a service industry so I know how it is. But she still left me with glue and nail shavings & yes I cried haha I was so excited just to be let down and have her treat me that way. I don’t remember her name but I was sitting at table 5. I came in excited because I haven’t had my nails done in months. We were getting along the shape was coming out well. I showed her my reference pic and she said she could do it. She snatched my hand each time I wasn’t paying attention or would yell. I asked for heart stickers or glitter she may have and didn’t have the colors.
