Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI rarely write reviews but yesterday I had such an amazing experience at Blue Bell Salon, I had to write this review. I had not had my hair cut in 7 months and my highlights had grown out. I did not feel pretty. I was not motivated to do anything and depressed with all the negativity going on in the world. I was in search of something to help lift my spirits and help me feel better about myself. I just wanted a makeover and have someone look at my skin coloring, face shape, and my hair and work with me to come up with stylish look that fit me! I searched hair salons on Google and the number of positive reviews for Blue Bell salon caught my eye. I spent so much time reading many of these reviews. I loved the detail people provided so I learned from reviews that: I wanted to meet the co-owner, Fred, because so many people had mentioned that he was a master stylist and he was an expert on coloring. I was also wanted a place that took careful planning to make guest feel comfortable and safe due to Covid 19. I had to write this review so I can maybe help someone else like me feel pretty and special! So I had a wonderful time! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They made you feel special and not just another body for a hair cut. I love the beautiful salon and LOVED the massage I received in the chair when I had my hair washed and rinsed. Fred is the most talented stylist. His knowledge is extensive and he has definitely crafted his skills to a master level (far better than most of the stylist I watch on Youtube!). He is an expert about color and I loved that first listened to my thoughts, then he shared suggestions and together we came up with a plan. I wanted such a natural color with highlights that shined but didn’t leave such a dramatic color change when my roots grew out. He used the most wonderful smelling conditioner on my hair to help add moisture and health back to my hair. The cut was made just for me and he gave me sweeping movement and layers to highlight my best features! It was fascinating watching how Fred got my hair to do things by different techniques. It was like watching an artist at work create something amazing. I love my color. It matches my complexion and does not look like streaks or too ash or brassy. He knew how to restore the shine in my hair and it feels so much healthier. While I was there, I could see and listen how Fred really cares about his clients. Positive: Cleanliness, QualityFred did an amazing job cutting my hair. It was in need of a good cut and he knew exactly what to do while sticking to what I asked for. He also recommended a smoothing treatment which was great. The salon was so nice and clean. I will definitely come back!Service: Haircut
