I went about 6 months ago and debating whether or not to leave a review. I was stressed at the time (hence wanting a massage) and worried that I was over-reacting. However, over the past 6-months I have gotten massages from several different places and this one stands out as really bad. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early and they were visible irritated that I arrived early. I offered to go to the coffee shop for 15 minutes and return but they said no, just wait. Then when it was my original time, they took me to a room and asked me to undress while they were cleaning up the room from the person before with the explanation that they were going to see me anyway. While getting a massage, people that worked there came in and out several times asking the person who was giving me the massage questions. Several times the person giving me a massage had to leave the room and then would come back a few minutes later. When it came time to check out, I left a tip that was 20% and she scoffed at me and went and got another person. She insisted that I tip 40% if the massage was good. When I tried to explain that the massage wasn’t good and that I was uncomfortable with people coming in and out of my room while it was my turn, she got all upset because I didn’t say something while it was happening. I am not a confrontational person and just didn’t feel comfortable, so I paid the 40% and left feeling more stressed than when I got there. I give this a two stars because the price is much less than anywhere in town. It would be nice if they posted their expectations on tips in the shop so that there is not a confrontation on the way out.

The massage was very relaxing, as a person who has had several.she did a good job and i would have definitely been back however when it came time to pay she said $75 even though the window sign said $65 but i understand prices go up. Then i gave her a $15 tip which i believed she deserved for a job well done and then she said NOT enough i replied $75 for massage $15 tip ..she continued NOT enough i gave $5 more she replied again NOT enough so i walked out leaving her a $20 tip but did not enjoy being told tip not enough. If u choose to go be prepared to give at least 30% tip and u will be happy

I’ve been going here for years now – I have chronic lower back pain and the therapists here are excellent. Everybody here is excellent and very knowledgeable on how to assuage different types of pain. It really cannot be beaten for the price. I don’t go anywhere else.

I absolutely love both locations. I read other reviews about not so friendly service which I have encountered myself, however, there are other employees that make up for that by being so pleasant. But hell I don’t care. Have a bad attitude towards me here all you want! Lol Their massages are great and make up for that! I’ll keep coming back for more! The prices are affordable.

Had a 1 hour foot massage, OMG!! It was amazing! Its like she knew which areas of my feet needed it and I didnt even have to say anything! She was very sweet and friendly, Jenny is the ine to ask for, I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!!
