When we walked in, we were not greeted into the establishment. There were three individuals in the store, two of which were on their phones. Once we got their attention, we asked for the prices and it was more of a hassle than it should have been. We were the only ones in the store and the employees barely spoke to us. While we got our nails done, besides asking us what we wanted, we were ignored. My friend and I have planned to get our nails done for quite some time and the experience was horrible. I do not recommend, and I will not be coming back.

Taylor did a nice job on my French SNS dip. My nails are shaped just the way I like them and they aren’t super thick as SNS can sometimes be. She only dipped them twice, so we’ll see how hold up.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I used to love this place, once they got their name out and their location became a hotspot they stopped taking care of their regulars. I live down the street from them, I have gone 7 times in the past month and every time I go the owner there doesn’t even acknowledge anyone if it isn’t someone she knows will leave a big tip. She is rude, doesn’t care if you wait a long time. I recently went and they told me the wait was 20-25 minutes, I had my feet in the water for 49 minutes and no one acknowledged me. Save your time and money, find some place worthy of you.

If I could put a 0 star rating, I would. I’ve never had such an awful experience in my life. I went to get a pedicure and dip powder and the manager did my nails as I was sitting in the chair getting my pedicure – that should have been my first sign. Not even 48 hours after I left, 3 of my nails chipped and broke off which I’ve never had happen so soon after. I don’t do anything strenuous with my hands. I went back and they fixed them – okay cool! The next morning I wake up and 2 more nails have chipped! I went back AGAIN and requested a refund which they refused. I spent $120 on my nails and toes with a tip for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Not only do they not know how to do nails, they also have 0 customer service. Do not waste your time and money.

I made an appointment in advance for a new full set with gel. Once I got there the next day for my appointment, they had no idea about it. I then waited 10 minutes past my appointment time. I was pulled back to a chair by a woman who no joke did not say a single word to me. She barely filed my nails, but was cutting my fingers up pulling out my cuticles. I didn’t think anything about the barely filing my nails, and leaving the nail shape crooked because like I said, I was there for a full set with gel so I knew the nail was going to go on top. But then randomly, they start painting my nails. At this point I was at the chair for maybe 5 minutes. I said that isn’t what I wanted and she said it was too late to change it. So I said fine because it clearly was an express manicure so it wouldn’t be a lot of money, but then she has the audacity to charge me 45 dollars for this 10 minute manicure where she didn’t file, didn’t buff, and left my fingers raw from pulling all my cuticles out. I really do not like to create a scene so I paid it and left but then over the next few days the bed of nail, the skin around the base begins stinging and its all red, and clearly aggravated. I WILL NEVER recommend this place to anyone and instead will always tell someone to avoid at all costs. Worst experience.
