This is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had! John, who’s been working there 3 weeks, was the nail tech and had NO experience at all whatsoever with applying glitter powder to nails! He claims he came from another nail shop, but he seemed more like an intern. I should have known it was a red flag when he kept trying to deter me from glitter! My nails came out lumpy as hell and the manager had the audacity to say she’d fix it and give me a $10 discount. HOWEVER, I’d already spent a lot of time there and had to go back to work and she wasn’t apologetic or understanding. She got mad when I said I’d take my business elsewhere after I’ve spent money there for years! I used to use Bella then switched to Anna, but Anna was already doing someone’s nails. The manager doesn’t value the customers’ time or acknowledge when there are terrible mistakes. She was like, “You can soak off and I no take your money!” The first pic is when my nails were completed, and the second is how the manager “fixed” them. I will miss Anna, but I do not recommend this place to anyone! Please RUN FAR from John if you do go here

Nails were done LAST WEEK, for a fill in, (being that I had a full set 2 weeks prior) and polish change. The full set was done, immaculately. A week and a half later, I came for a fill in and polish change…the young lady over filed my nails, and got out polish, to paint my nails….I stopped her immediately, as I recognized a language barrier, and another nail tech performed the fill in, and polish change, as I requested. Not even a week later, I wanted a polish change, today… these people tried to make me pay $45 for another fill in, when they were the ones, who overfiled my nails, in the first place. Who needs a fill in, 5 days later??? Instead of correcting it, or even giving me a discount, being that this is their work, from start to finish…her solution was for me to pay FULL PRICE, to correct what they did! Sadly I won’t be returning, I enjoyed the atmosphere, but the language barriers are awful!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My manicure started to mess up 2 days after getting my nails done. I got French tips and they were uneven. The woman at the front told me the price would be 55 then the man doing my nails said 85. Not only was there a discrepancy in price but the manicure did not last and was not worth it! Do not waste your time here

Do not let Hellon,the nail tech do your nails. She is rude and has a bad attitude. I chose a nail color I did not like and had her to change it.I asked her to let me see the book to choose another color she told me not to come back and she got up saying stuff in her language. I ask her to repeat what she said but she would not. I ended up letting another person polish my toes. Bad a customer service and too many nail shop around town . So I will not be going back.

Simply don’t care enough to do nails or a pedicure correctly . New set but Nails look like they need a refill… I ask nicely that day will they fix them & was told to go somewhere else. Very Shameful smh Manicure, Pedicure
