This was my first visit to the Blue Water Day Spa. The Google Reviews I read in advance greatly influenced my decision to schedule a manicure and pedicure appointment with Tony. I received a warm greeting from the front desk staff upon arrival. Absolutely loved my service with Tony. Please note I’m a true Spa enthusiast regarding the atmosphere, quality of care, hygiene, and customer service. Tony took great care of me and the front desk staff softly upsold future services upon my departure. I will absolutely be back and plan to use the online booking feature on the Spa’s website.

I visited Blu Water Day Spa for a Royal Pedicure. It was a fabulous experience. I was greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist. She immediately found my reservation and escorted me to the back to get comfortable and prepared for my treatment. The entire atmosphere of the spa was relaxing. My nail technician was very helpful. She made me feel relaxed and offered me wine or beverage as well as nuts to snack on while receiving services.

Beautiful and super sanitary atmosphere. I felt so relaxed and loved the mani/pedi services I received. There was some miscommunication that occurred that originally had me upset after my visit but the owner Julie personally contacted me to rectify the issue and for that she has a loyal customer out of me. Pricey but still recommend.

I love this place! I visit ❤️Elena❤️ every 2-4 weeks and I love how neat and professional she is. She can do any design you wish. The gel never chips or comes off (even though I do cook and clean every day). Highly recommend this salon! They have lots of other services that I haven’t tried yet. P.S. I live in Manassas, VA area and don’t mind to commute to Kensington, MD, because it’s worth it!

I’ve been having mani/pedis here for at least 10 years. The atmosphere is beautiful, inviting and friendly. There are comfortable massage chairs you sit in while they do the pedicure which includes a relaxing leg and foot massage. It is very open and airy with high ceilings and good ventilation. Jon Vo is my guy. He is very gentle. When Jon is away I have used other people who are also very good. I highly recommend BluWater Day Spa.

The only reason I would not return would be customer service by receptionist especially the African American one who is utterly RUDE! Please address her action. This is the 2nd encounter I had with the same receptionist which ruined my time. I feel like she has no one to answer. I would love to speak with management if possible. The only reason I would not return would be customer service by receptionist especially the African American one who is utterly RUDE! Please address her action.
