Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was disappointed when I started getting my manicure . I loved the pedicure lady was very sweet. Though, the man was not talking to me at all, and never asked if the service was good or the length. I went back in because my nails weren’t completely dry and this is how they fixed it . I was disappointed when I started getting my manicure . I loved the pedicure lady was very sweet. Though, the man was not talking to me at all, and never asked if the service was good or the length. I went back in because my nails weren’t completely dry and this is how they fixed it . I’m sorry I’m not the one to complain, but I was trying to be nice but yea no.

Every staff at this location is so friendly and always happy to help you with a color or make suggestion if you request . They never rush you out of the location to pick up the next customer . Went here a week ago. I got a fill for my acrylics. The service took a long time. Nail tech used the dremel too long, which caused my nails to be damaged, it was painful and hot. The nail under my acrylic is cracked. Nails have grown out, acrylic is lifting and are now getting caught in my hair after only a week. Do not recommend this nail salon.

0 stars for this place, rude employees. The owner did my nails and did not care to take his time I had to go back a few days later because my nails looked terrible he said they can’t completely fix it only take the bubbles out but with an attitude because I “embarrassed” him in front of his customers when I spoke quietly his wife told me no but talk to him. They were so mad then speaking about me as if I was not there. One girl had started to give attitude because she over heard me saying that my nails were completely lifting within a few days because the acrylic was over my nail and on my skin and I told her I wasn’t speaking to her because she jumped into something that she had no business of and she was furious and told me I can leave if not she will call the cops all because I wanted it fixed or at least some money back. They used an excuse saying my nails were just growing but I told her again I was talking to the guy not her she called the cops saying I was yelling and threats lying and they were listening to me talking so no one ever came since they didn’t hear me acting out When clearly they just did not want to waste there time to do my nails and they mentioned I didn’t pay for it all because some of it was paid by a certificate and the rest I had paid for it but my husband gave me it! Which is crazy because either way it was paid for in both ways. They also said no nail ace would fix for free I know plenty that always did amazing.. I was just too far and my husband gave me a certificate. More to the story but don’t waste your time and money on people who don’t care.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! usually, go to different nail salons to see which ones are the best and which ones aren’t. And let me just tell you I go to the nail salon like every two weeks which is usually the time my nails start cracking. I went there yesterday afternoon to get a polish and first of all the girl who did me wasn’t really gentle. Then when she filed down my nails they were uneven. But I am a really easy going person, so I was like they will grow out. I gave her a decent tip and went about my day. All I did was drive, went home, and went to bed. That’s it. This morning I went to work. I don’t work at a mechanic shop, all I did was make copies and go on my computer and my day was over at 11:00 am. While I was at work waiting for 250-page copies to be done my nails were chipped MAJORLY. Pictures are shown at the bottom. I told my coworkers and they told me to call back. I called back once I was done with work and the lady was RUDE! She starts telling me since I didn’t pay for the Gel Nail Polish them, of course, my nails were going to crack. Then I stated that I just got them yesterday afternoon and went to work for four hours. Then she kept stating that I worked too hard and how work makes the nail polish come off. I was then trying to talk to her but she started yelling and said fine you can come in and we will fix them, but you have to pay again. WHAT THE HECK! Worst nail salon experience I have ever been through. I usually get a polish and it always lasts 1-2 weeks then I go in again. I also didn’t do much at work anyway so don’t tell me it was my job, and also I am not paying for Gel Nail Polish, because it is too expensive. So Overall I don’t recommend this shop.

The wait was long…the nail techs don’t talk to you at all and make it quite awkward and not enjoyable. I got my nails done on Tuesday of last week for an event and today is Friday of the next week and my nails are already coming up and one already came off. Past nail shops have given me good service and my nails last three weeks. Only good thing I could say about this place is the prices were just decent. But I would much rather go to a more expensive nail service with techs that have conversations with me, know what they are doing and just overall provide a good time. Don’t come here!! not worth your money, not worth your time!
