I’m an acoustic guitarist so my nails have to be perfect to get the sound I’m looking g for. She did a good job thought it could be better. It appears they are more of a hand and foot spa than a nail salon. They brought out a cookie platter full of goodies (milk, honey, and eatibles). I thought she was gonna feed me but no. It was all for my hands. The warm milk the honey the consumables were all for a spa treatment for the extremities. So… as a spa they are five stars. As a nail salon 3 1/2 or 4.

In search of such perfect place here in Silicon Valley. Tastefully designed, with beautiful colors of blue, white and warm wood tones. Everyone’s apron is clean, smile on their faces from start to finish. Clean, organized and well priced (even though it’s located in Fashion Island shopping center). This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to.

This fabulous nail salon is conveniently located at the Fashion Island Mall. They offer premium nail spa treatments that are not available anywhere else. I have been a loyal customer for more than a year now. Lily and Lisa are amazing nail technicians! Definitely worth the splurge!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf you like nails that are uneven and crusty looking then this place is for you !. Do not waste time !! Book your appointment now !! .With all jokes aside this place is a joke . This place was good prior to covid . But so many good nail techs left . Julie did my nails and they came out horrible . They had me pay my bill half was through and I left her a $10.00 tip . And $5.00 for Tiffany the pedicure tech . Julie was laughing with me and having a great time till she seen the tip I left her . Then all the sudden she was awkward and unfriendly . Rushed and did a horrible and uneven job . The gel was placed as if my nails have been done a week ago and grew out already .I was very u happy with the service and a few days later my nails started to lift and gel cracked . I called the salon in all fairness to let them know and speak to the manager / owner ( which they said are not here and to go online and write an email ). I did just that and asked for Kimberly which is the owner to get back to me and I mentioned to her how upset I was after spending $300.00 . I did not request for my money back , just for them to redo the service because it’s unfair to be charged this much for something so terrible . I drove from downtown LA because I had a good experience with them prior and wanted to celebrate an event . Well it’s been a week and I still have not received an email back . Not even “ hey , we are sorry you did not like the service “. I mentioned that if she doesn’t get back to me I will write a review . Well here it is .So Kimberly , if you are reading this .Please answer your email and address your clients concerns . The salon is not cheap and the quality should be better . Also they rush you and don’t listen to you .SAVE YOUR MONEY , do not go here . They changed . Don’t go here based on the good reviews . Lucy and Trina are fabulous! Never got burned by the drill and my husband was falling asleep during his pedi.We are definitely going to return. Just a couple hours away but totally have to come here every time we’re in town.

I love this place because it is located in the center of fashion island. I can charge my vehicle and get a quick mani/pedi. They are typically able to do walk ins, but I like to call ahead. It is one of the few nail locations open later in the evening because of its location in the mall. Great time, clean, elegant. Pricing is on the higher end, but not too far out of the realm you’d expect – you get what you pay for!!

Tried Manicure and Pedicure gel. Pedicure is good but my manicure is such a disappointment. This is my first time in that spa and I’ve been doing gel monthly in different stores. So I tried it and the gel didn’t last for 3 days. When I got back to ask if they could fix it, the lady wasn’t so accommodating. It wasn’t even my fault so I can tell they are upset that I came back to have it fixed. They did fix it but I didn’t enjoy the experience…

It was a good experience for me. But my girlfriend had a tough time. She had pedi and mani. The lady doing her peddy is okay. BUT the one who did her mani was the worst. If I had known my girlfriend was under pressure I would have stopped her. My gf only wants the regular nail polish. And this lady was so persistent and telling my girl to have it gel. And instead of the manicurist going to the side where the arm of my gf was, she had my gf move her right arm to the left side so she ended up having a sore arm with gel nails she never wanted.

I’ve only been here once, but it was a really nice salon. The tech did one of the best pedicures I’ve yet to have and they were friendly, communicative, and kind. Pricey, but overall was a nice treat.
