I made an appointment with ELYT STYLES(Old Norcross Location) on 5/19/2018 for 5/20/2018. I flew into town from another state today for my appointment only to receive a text the day of my appointment that my appointment would be CANCELLED after it was CONFIRMED. I understand things happen and she offered “TO SQUEEZE ME IN”(smh) on Monday as that won’t work for me because I have a return flight on Monday morning as I have a graduation to attend. In my opinion this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Out of desperation I asked her was there anyone else at the salon that could do my hair and of course no response as of yet but I’ve decided not to patronize this salon. “Owners” please get more professional employees. As a FIRST time client, this was a very bad first impression on the Salon as the Stylists represents your business………………….
