This place is fantastic. Tess is perfect and makes you feel really comfortable. She knows her way around different types of curly hair. I showed her a picture of a cut and cut and that’s what I walked out with. I’ve tried a few places in the valley and I like Blu Birch the best. You’re greeted when you come through the door, they aren’t pushy about selling you products but they’re there if you want them.

Wonderful experience!! They managed to schedule me for a facial and a pedicure with my husband only 3 days after I called. Got my first facial ever and Hannah was beyond professional and communicative. Got a pedicure with my husband directly after and both the nail techs were hilarious and wonderful to talk to. Fantastic place for sure.

Great atmosphere, very professional staff. I got my eyebrows done with a henna tinting, by Helen, and she was phenomenal. I’m new to the whole eyebrow game, and she walked me through the whole process, and made sure everything was to my liking. Will definitely be going back!

I had my hair dyed which was amazing the stylist Austin did a fabulous job. The reason my review is 4 instead of 5 stars is that my appointment time was cut short. The stylist asked me if I wanted my hair curled which I did (duh, if you’re given the option and being charged what they charge for this “full service salon” then you’re going to say yes). After blow drying my hair I was told that there wasn’t enough time in my appointment because the next client was already there and that all she can do is straighten it, which was rushed and came out so-so. My complaint is that I was made to feel guilty that the stylists’ next client was there and was rushed. Why offer to do something if you know you don’t have enough time? And why not give each client enough time to have a non-rushed and styled hair appointment? I’m iffy about returning. If you schedule an appointment here don’t expect a true style after your hair dye/treatment

Great place in many ways but I had a bad experience with a scheduling error and did not like how it was resolved. I thought the schedule of treatments was very clear when i discussed it with the representative on the phone because we went over it several times. Somehow, it wasnt in the computer right. The whole point was to spoil 3 lady family members. Their mistake resulted in us waiting with a baby over an hour extra. I booked weeks in advance and tipped 20%, am I too spoiled to expect a resolution more persuasive than 10% off one out of four treatments? I could say more but that is the basic issue I had. Some good points were clean, welcoming, the people were mostly extremely nice except how this issue was handled. Yes, I’m spoiled but this does have spa in the name right??
