Visited the Georgetown dry bar for my first drybar experience and it was so mediocre, I was incredibly disappointed. I asked for big, bouncy curls with lots of volume. The stylist ripped out a LOT of hair while drying to blow dry it and my hair fell within an hour of walking out. Stilled tipped to be kind but would not recommend wasting the money.

First 2 pictures is what they did and last is what I asked for. Picture was taken less than an hour after they did my hair. They promised that they can do the updo I showed for my engagement celebration party but clearly couldn’t. Was extremely disappointed and ruined my night, I wish they were honest that they did not have the skills to do the style. Wouldn’t go again. Wouldn’t recommend unless its something very simple.

This was my first time at the studio and Julie was absolutely amazing! As a deaf person I am always hesitant about trying new places because I just don’t know how easy it will be to communicate, but it was definitely not an issue with Julie. She really took the time to make sure I understood everything and my hair looked absolutely amazing. I am actually moving to the area soon so I will definitely be a regular here 🙂

Blowout studio is amazing!! I have extremely difficult thick frizzy coarse hair. (naturally curly as well) It has always been a challenge of mine to straighten it and I really never thought it could be blown out. Not only did it look amazing after but it lasted for about 7 days!! I get so many compliments! The salon is beautiful and relaxing and the staff is awesome. I won’t go anywhere else now!

Jess has done a great job since opening. I usually book last minute so I can’t always pick my favorite stylist but it doesn’t matter because everyone is talented. The staff are well trained, easy to work with and nice. It’s my favorite thing to do getting my hair blown out and they make me look and feel great always. Five stars are not enough.
