It shouldn’t take four hours for a cut, color, shampoo and for everything to be mediocre. The cut was not great, and the color was worse. Extremely disappointed; each time I was there. (see the pic? That’s the station you don’t want to sit at for service). I want to know who Lauren Scholl had, so I can get a decent cut and color.
