Gloria did an absolutely amazing job on my hair today! The salon was comforting, clean, and well decorated. Gloria was also very professional and let me know every step of the way what the process would be which I really appreciated. Critical: Professionalism, QualityGloria messed up my hair.Won’t be going back to her as she did not listen to my requests, she bleached it first to then on the second time, added dark dye to it. Walked out of there with hair dye in my hair the times I went to her, she definitely needs to learn how to wash and listen to customers.*** my hair was healthy before going to her. First she bleached it and when I went back she colored dark again to hide all the damaged she has done to it.Of course, she’s going to say that she didn’t do anything wrong. Gloria messed up my hair.

Critical: QualityI simply was not pleased with my hair. My hair was patchy and not what I wanted. I showed her a picture of the hair color I wanted and I got a completely different shade.I asked for a darker purple but it turned out grey and patchy with hints of purple. The person who did it let me walk out without fixing it, telling me it looks so pretty (which it does not). She told me it could be due to medication I am on and it is my fault. It angers me that she just let me walk out without helping me. I also got my hair trimmed which looks great! I am just not pleased with the hair coloring. Side not after owner reply. Went to another hair stylist, they were able fix the coloring to what I had asked this stylist to do. They make excuses for their incompetent stylist rather the. Fixing the problem. I simply was not pleased with my hair. My hair was patchy and not what I wanted. I showed her a picture of the hair color I wanted and I got a completely different shade.I asked for a darker purple but it turned out grey and patchy with hints of purple.
