I made an appointment weeks in advance for an all over color. When I showed up for the appointment, the stylist thought I was there for a haircut. I said no, that I had made an appointment for an all over color. She said she didn’t have time to do it. I said that I had made the appointment for an all over color weeks before. She looked at her calendar and said “oh! I have you down for a base color “. I told her no again and repeated that I needed an all over color. She said she couldn’t do it that day. I told her I was not happy and her response was “well bye then”. Super rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even offer a reschedule or apologize so I just walked out. Now I’m stuck trying to find someplace that can get me in before we go out of town. They might be less expensive, but with service like that, you get what you pay for. What a waste of time.
