First of all I am sorry for not remembering names but your front desk woman was attentive, informative and extremely friendly and helpful ( to many actually who came in before the stylists arrived). My stylist was wonderful in all ways and I received many compliments on my hair . I have long, thick, naturally wavy hair and she was ver thorough in making sure every strand of hair was tamed with soft loose curls and she made a Texas visitor feel at home!! Ooh, I forgot to mention the head massage which was very relaxing . Thanks again !

I had my engagement shoot last week and received a hair style and a full face makeup application by Arielle. My hair looked great but I have NEVER had my make up look better IN MY LIFE! Arielle really knocked it out of the park, I was extremely happy with everything!

Blown Away is my go-to, anytime I have an event. Arielle was awesome! I have long thick hair and my hair style was perfect! My curls held up in the humidity and the braid was an added touch for a beach family picture session.

I really was blown away. Everyone was friendly and down to earth. I felt very relaxed on my wedding day because of them. Brittany did an amazing job on my hair and makeup. My hair doesn’t normally keep curls well but these curls stayed perfect all day. I received so many complements on my hair and makeup! First I would like to mention that my stylist Brittany did an excellent job on my hair. Not only did she give a great blow out but my hair was styled just the way I like it!!! Brittany provided great customer service, was super friendly, personable, and very knowable of my type 4A natural hair. I was a little nervous being that I have super thick kinky/curly hair but she knew exactly what she was doing. I would defiantly recommend her to anyone with ethnic type hair.

Don’t waste your money! Went here with my mom and sister for a girls day out. The front desk gal was excellent but it stopped there. We were rushed through the hair wash and had water sprayed all over our faces. We were rushed through the service, my hair was curled wet. Absolutely no volume. Was hit in the head with the curling iron, hair pulled and head yanked all over during the blow dry. Not at all the experience we had hoped for. The stylists clearly didn’t want to be there and it showed. Very disappointing.

Rose did an amazing job on my hair! I was going to an outdoor wedding and it was HOT and my hair got wet but it still held its style. This picture is after I was outside for several hours. I will definitely be back!

I booked a blowout with Rose for my birthday. I was a little skeptical since the only other blowout experience I had (not at Blown Away) was not a positive one. I had heard good things about Blown Away and wanted to give them a try and am so glad I did. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the space is gorgeous. Rose listened to what I wanted and asked me questions about my hair and how it normally behaves. She factored this and the dreary weather into my style and my hair lasted all night and well into the next day (unheard of for me). Rose paid attention to detail and took her time all while letting me sip my coffee and zone out a little which was nice. I truly felt pampered and left feeling like a million bucks. I will be back!

I LOVE this place! Jenny & Julie have such a great staff that are friendly and bubbly. I went in yesterday and had Ashlea. She took me back to wash my hair and that was incredible. It was almost like she was massaging my scalp. Then we went back out front to figure out my hair. She completely understands my hair (thick, wavy, frizzy, and basically a big pain in the butt). She took the time to smooth my hair as she blew it dry, then she took a flat iron to my flyaways. I usually do my hair stick straight when I go but I wanted Wonder Woman curls. Ashlea took the time to show me 3 different types of curls so I would get exactly what I wanted. After deciding on the tightest one, she took the time to pull small groups to curl. She also was easy to talk to. It didn’t feel like it can sometimes when you go to someone new. Our conversation was easy. When I was done she made sure to thank me for coming in. I felt beautiful and after over 24 hours my hair is still bouncy and mostly curled. You should definitely try this place if you haven’t!
