DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The owner of the facility had promised that she would be able to do a hair coloring treatment for pink highlights. She told me she didn’t have the color yet so to come back next weekend when she had it. I had texted to follow up with her and she played it off like she had everything and set my appointment for 11:30am on Saturday. I come in on Saturday on time, and starts removing the color off my hair that I had. From here I sense something is off because she is being rude and short with me. Once I’m done getting the color removed she confesses that she doesn’t have the pink color that I want and that we’re going to have to go to a color store near me and get it. I’ll say it again, she tells me, we’re going to have to go a place near me to get the color real quick and you can pick it out. On top of this, she tells me she doesn’t have a car so I’ll have to take her. At this moment I realize she had lied to me just to get the appointment and decided until she had taken the color off my hair to tell me, which made me feel super betrayed. I told her I’d pay for what she had done but I’m leaving. She tries to convince me stay and go with her but I just wanted to GET OUT of there. 0/5 super sad. Now i have to spend more money just to get it fixed. Ugh.

Only the best hair products are used here which is what has kept me coming back along with top notch service! All of the stylists have experience and leave you looking your best. Yovanna cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I went there as a first time client and having worked in the field I knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to be done. Not only did Yovanna listen to me but she HEARD me .which are two separate things. She was lovely, personable and wise! I received a phenomenal haircut, AND some great advice lol. I will definitely be making her my new permanent hairstylist! Thanks Yovanna!

Critical: QualityHorrible just horrible. My hair started falling off as I was sitting in the chair. Yovanna even admitted she was not happy with results. My hair has different lengths all over due to over bleaching and hair breakage. Additionally, the coloring was awful. Five different colors. I will never go back and most definitely not recommend.
