Extremely rude woman at the front desk – believe her name was Camilla. She lectured me on the phone when confirming my appointment to the extent I hung up. Out of the blue, she then continued to berate me when I arrived in person. In addition, my blowout wasn’t even that great… I left frizzy and not entirely dry.

Excellent and efficient shampoo and blowout, and good hair products. I have curly hair and am used to getting blowouts and have had my share of bad ones but Flo was great. My only criticism is that they were short staffed the day I stopped by (it was a holiday), so she was doing everything including answering the phone, but nevertheless Flo was very fast and I got a great blowout!
