I was very apprehensive given my hair texture, but the staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable since it was my first time at this salon. Went in to get my hair done for a work event. I made an appointment online, which was so easy. I went in the day before to see what I needed to do to be prepared for my appointment, I spoke to Alyssa who was so pleasant and gave me clear instructions and things I needed to consider. Taylor was my stylist and she knocked it out of the park. My hair looks gorgeous. More importantly, she listened to my concerns and made suggestions based on what I wanted to do. The whole experience was awesome, I look forward to going back.
