Their menu does not reflect the prices. As example on the booking tool, it allows you to get a Mini Me blow-out. When I arrived I was informed that it was outdated and I would be charged the full price for my 5 year old. I had just washed her hair and asked if that would change things. They started without washing and came back and said it would remain adult prices. This is also not ethical. They got upset when I asked that they wash.

I went to their nail salon. I did fill- in acrilic. The actual job was ok, nothing exceptional, but the charges.. OMG!!! $80! One of the charges was for making my nails oval. Never heard of charges like that. Also would be nice to know ahead of time. But they told me $55 upfront.

This was my first experience at Blow and Glow, after 10 years of not dying my hair, it was an incredible experience. Marine was so nice and she did her best to make my hair look like the photo I got from the internet, and oh boy! she did it. It was difficult to decide because I did not want a disaster and I was delighted. Recommended 100%

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ll give 5 stars to the blow dry but the haircut experience was TERRIBLE! I asked for literally an 1 1/2 inches go be cut… I even pointed to how much and the lady cut what she wanted. I blow dried and straightened it a day after and it is uneven. I asked for LONG layers… not sure how I have short layers to my shoulder. I will NEVER return. Customer service is terrible. The girl cutting my hair had a dry face as if she didn’t even want to be at work. I now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed and possibly have more hair cut off!!! I wish I could get a refund for this nightmare experience. Social distancing doesn’t even exist.
