Critical: CleanlinessWent to have my hair shampooed and blown straight. Asked if she was experienced with black hair texture and she said yes. The blow dryer was so hot but I endured it. I should have spoken up. After I left there was a scent of burnt hair then when I shampooed my hair my did not revert to it’s curl pattern it looks straight and frizzy and it breaks off when I brush it. Obvious heat damage! Went to have my hair shampooed and blown straight. Asked if she was experienced with black hair texture and she said yes. The blow dryer was so hot but I endured it. I should have spoken up. I loved this hair salon until this weekend when i went blow dry my hair. I felt I got overcharged just to blow dry my hair being that it was already washed at home. When I washed my hair the second day from getting my hair blow dry from this hair salon, my scalp was burning plus my hair smelled burnt. I called the place to speak to the lady who did my hair and explained the situation that my scalp was burning and that my hair smelled like burnt . She said that wasn’t possible and just to get a good shampoo to get rid of odor. This wasn’t the respond the expected. This was the first and last time I would come to this place.
