I got my hair set (updo) by Tristar for our pre wedding photoshoot. My photoshoot was a mix of ethnic Indian and Western dresses. I showed Tristar the dresses and he came up with the perfect hairdo for each look. He made it so simple for me to modify the looks later in the day. My Low
I had never done a review for a Salon before but in this case, it’s hard not to. The staff are warm and friendly. They make you feel comfortable. But my review is for Tristar. I don’t think I have to say too much. As you can see on the reviews, everyone is raving about him. He’s very knowledgeable and is very open in sharing his Techniques. I feel like a new person. Love, love love my hair! Thank you, Tristar!

Had wonderful experiences with Tristar and highly recommend. After years of coloring my many white hairs at another salon I was ready for a change and found Tristar at Blossom. Tristar gave me a haircut and full highlights to blend my grays and I walked out feeling like a new beautiful woman. He is kind, gentle, honest, caring, and really takes his time. He made me feel so comfortable during my initial consultation. I needed guidance and a gentle push to try something new and his professionalism and confidence encouraged me to go for it. So I just recently left blossom salon. Tristar is the most amazing hair stylist I have ever met in my life! Not only does he make you feel comfortable but he’s a teacher as well! He will teach you technique on how to style and WHAT NOT TO DO!!! I swear I will never go to anyone else. If I could give infinity stars I would. I left there feeling like a million dollars! I see Tristar at Blosssoms salon and he is a great hairdresser. I recently moved to San Mateo and came to see him last December. I had high hopes for this salon coming in, based on all the previous reviews and how expensive a women’s haircut was. Tristar did not disappoint. The salon itself was warm and calming — I never felt rushed or out of place. The staff were incredibly kind and offered me a drink and even a lovely cookie. Tristar was perfection incarnate. I came in looking like a mole rat and I came out looking like a superstar! I had a previously bad haircut that took me months to get the courage to try someone new and I’m glad that I did. Throughout the process, he analyzed every part of my hair and offered me actionable tips to help my problem areas or do new things with my hair that I hadn’t thought about before, all while sharing his experience of wanting to make others look good and loving style and fashion. I am incredibly thankful that I was paired up with him and will definitely be coming back to get my hair done by him.
