Critical: Professionalism, QualityDO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT do your nails from this place. I was new customer for them and I was on time. But when her regular customer comes early she left me in middle of my nails and took her regular customer. She just rushed out my nails so she can take her regular customer. She done my nails so so so bad that I’m never going back. I also had haircut appointment but I canceled it because the lady messed up my nails that’s why I don’t want to trust this salon anymore, I told them to do full set on phone but she misunderstood and thought I just need regular manicure. But I told her I did said I need full set I like requested her so much, told her if she has any available time later on so I can come but she denied it and just did regular nail polish because she was running out of her time and wanted to take her REGULAR customer. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT do your nails from this place. I was new customer for them and I was on time. But when her regular customer comes early she left me in middle of my nails and took her regular customer. She just rushed out my nails so she can take her regular customer. She done my nails so so so bad that I’m never going back. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueMercedes was able to schedule me quickly (I was leaving for a beach trip the next week, very thankful to have an appointment at all!), and she did such a good job cutting and styling my hair! I’m very picky, and I left feeling great about my hair. My friend and I went together, and Mercedes took time after she was done with my friend’s hair touching mine up to ensure I was satisfied. Mercedes was able to schedule me quickly (I was leaving for a beach trip the next week, very thankful to have an appointment at all!), and she did such a good job cutting and styling my hair! I’m very picky, and I left feeling great about my hair. My friend and I went together, and Mercedes took time after she was done with my friend’s hair touching mine up to ensure I was satisfied.
