This place is excellent! I have been looking for a regular Salon to continue going to. Finally I have found it! The nail technicians are wonderful! The personality is great. I love my nails! My first time to this establishment. The absolute worst service & manicure I’ve ever had! I was the first customer of the day waiting for them to open. The lady was talking on the phone (in her foreign language) the whole time through her iPods, didn’t even acknowledge me. It was a very quick basic manicure, no longer than 20 minutes. My nails are rough & crooked. It didn’t include any cuticle oil or lotion massage. She charged me $18. What a rip off! Will NOT be back! Don’t waste your time or money!

I have been going to blossoms nails for some years now and I have never had a problem with them. Until today I went to get my eyebrows wax as I always do. The older lady who did my eyebrows. She was on the phone the whole time. Sound like she was arguing with someone. I told her how I didn’t want them too thin as she was using wax and scisscors. Once was done. She shoe me real quick I paid. Once I got to the car and started examing my eyebrows I notice my right eyebrows had a bald spot and my left was uneven. I call her and inform her. She told me to come back so she can look at it. She act like she didn’t see the problem. My husband and mother n law notice right away the problem. I ask for my money back she told me I can’t get it back. I am so angry by the service and her not be concern about my eyebrows. She didn’t even offered to fix them. I feel she was very unprofessional and unconcerned with me now being please with my services. I will not be going back EVER

I was looking for a good nail salon that opened by at least 9am..it seems like since the pandemic most salons don’t open til 9:30 or even 10..which I think is crazy btw. So i googled and found Blossom and they had a good rating so I decided to try. I noticed they had one bad review about not using liners for the pedicures, or charging $2 if you wanted one.. unfortunately, its Not mandatory, but I wouldn’t have minded paying for one. But to my surprise, when I walked in I noticed they were putting liners in all of the pedi chairs, and they even told me how it’s so important for sanitary reasons (agreed lol) but I did not have to pay extra! Ms. Lee was soo nice and kept me laughing the whole time! I loved my pedicure and very reasonably priced in my opinion! They give you a list of the different pedi’s they offer with their prices so there’s no surprises when it’s time to pay! Also, I suffer with ingrown toe nails and a lot of the times some techs are nervous to really get in there and dig it out..but when I left i was so relieved, and no more pain from my ingrown! This will definetly be my go-to place from now on! Very clean, really good work.. and I kid you not.. Ms. Lee made me feel like I’d been going there all my life! I will absolutely be going back!

I will definitely be back to this shop. With everywhere being super short handed these two ladies were getting to everybody as fast as the possibly could. We had an appointment, but were late and they still let my friend and I come in. We were patient and it was worth it. I laughed so much chatting with them. Never laughed that much in a salon before. I think patience is needed any where you go for services now a days. These ladies were not slacking trying to get to as many people as they could for the day. Greatly appreciated and I loved my nails.
