I have tried this Salon next to my on the go Starbuck. I gave it a try because I’m still searching to find a place for my nails but unfortunately this place is not very welcoming to their customers. The lady that started my nails has different vibe to treat her customer when she started my nails I felt pain when she was taking off my old acrylic and this lady didn’t say any word at all even though I made that noise when I felt it, her job was just messy glue all over my nails, putting the acrylic powder was messy and the worst part is she didn’t let me to wash my hand after doing all the filing I asked her so I don’t need to wash my hand she said no you wash it after because some of the customers do wash their hand with soap even though we told them not to! Plus she didn’t even bother helping me or tried to see if they have the color that I showed from my phone instead she just handed me the bucket of their colors and didn’t not say anything at all! I paid $58 for my full set then I just got bad experience!!

This place used to be my go to for a pedicure. The lady didn’t know how to file my nails, they are lumpy-and I paid for the gel. Charged me $2 to use my debit card when it says they charge this fee if my total is under $50. Well, mine was $52 and she still charged me the extra $2. I will never come here again. How are you a nail technician, but don’t even know how to cut and file properly? So now my toes are jagged, and I’m out $54 for one of the worst pedicures I. Have gotten. Don’t waste your time!!!!

Very poor quality service. My gel manicure is unfortunately horrific to look at. The lady didn’t take care of my cuticles, didn’t clean under nails let along care/trim the the nail bed etc. she simply filed the nails and slapped three coats of uneven gel. As soon as she was done she was on her phone. They expect, nearly demand, a tip. Not sure for what? You’re paying nearly $100 for a very poor job. I wouldn’t go back here and wouldn’t recommend you go there either.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI was not happy about my visit on August 17, 2021.I went in for an acrylic nail fill around 6:15pm. I picked a color and about 15 minutes later we started. The area was very dirty. The nail tech started to file off the color I had on my nails with a dremel tool. As she was doing this she was very rough about it and she cut the side of my finger open and it proceeded to bleed for a while after. The tech decided to just pour alcohol on my finger which made it sting even more and after that she didn’t say a word about it. Continued filing and painting and each time she would go to that nail she would grab the open wound and I would say “that hurts” and she would keep doing it. Not a discount or anything for being rude or inflicting pain the entire time. Let alone leaving rough edges on a few nails that I had to file myself at home, $45 for a fill is not worth it at all. Will not be going back there.Feels like a horrible hangnail now. Had to trim the flap of skin off where she cut me after I had asked her to and she wouldn’t.
