This place has really gone down. I made an appointment for a no chip mani and a pedi for yesterday and it was the worst I have ever gotten. I usually come here and get great service but not this time. The place was busy, but I had an appointment, and they just rushed through my service. I paid over $60 plus tip to get nails that look like they were painted by a 5 year old. I was really upset as they ruined a special day for me. They over filed my nails and left huge gaps without nail polish. The polish is crooked and has bubbles. I got this done yesterday, yet the pictures look like they are over a week old. I wish the pictures showed more details because this is so sloppy. Also my cuticles were barely cleaned. The layers of polish were sooo thick.. looks terrible. I’ve never had my nails done this bad before. I tried explaining that I was displeased but the lady doing my nails was in such a rush that she dismissed me… i regret tipping both techs.

This was my first time here and the place was very nice and clean. I went to take my old style off and repair two nails. I have a simple white color on my nails. My nails are bumpy, not even the shape is the same. My nails are out grown and I expected them to make it blend in but they didn’t. I am disappointed because I have a school dance this weekend. I dont understand why mine look this they were rushed while my aunt comes here and hers look amazing. I went back two days later to have them fix it and my aunt came with me and they were fighting. such an embarrassment with people in there. Never going to this place again.

I had a scheduled pedicure at 2:30, didnt get sat until 2:50. Once i was sat, my water was very hot, thank goodness, because by the time my pedicure was started the water was ice cold and it was now 3:30. No apologies for the extreme wait time and then to ask if i wanted my hands done as well….what a joke, why would i want my hands done after waiting an hour to be seen for a simple pedicure. I didnt leave until after 4. Extremely displeased and used to love Blossom Nails but i will definitely not be coming back

Carol did a awesome job on my nails. It was my first time there and I highly recommend they have so many colors to choose from, everyone was nice. The inside was cute. I live down the street and I definitely will be back again. Definitely my spot from now on 🙂 Did I mention there was no wait.!! . Can’t get any better than that.

I’m gonna share my experience with blossom nails cause I think anyone who goes there needs to know what kind of experience I had with them I was there on Saturday 9.24.22 i first called Thursday cause my niece was there on Wednesday to get her nails done but instead they just painted over her not filled in nails and then they were not even filed evenly it was the worst job ever when I called blossom nails on Thursday the lady I told the lady about my niece nail and she told me to come in on Saturday and she will fix it I said ok I also explained to her that I wanna make a appointment for a fill in after they fix my niece nails she said ok that’s fine so when I got there Saturday the girl was very rude yelling and telling me that she can’t fill in my niece nail cause there is no time I said fine she can take my appointment she then told me I don’t have a appointment I told her I told you over the phone I wanted a appointment and you said it was fine at 11 she then threw her appointment book at me and told me to find my name which she did not take down she was just the rudest person and very unprofessional about the whole thing she ended taking the nail polish off my niece nails and gave her money back and told us to go somewhere else I could believe how someone who is running a business can be so rude and mean she treats her customers so horrible and rude I will be reporting this to the better business bureau cause this ain’t the first time I’ve seen her talk to customers very unprofessional even when they call she will throw her phone down like she doesn’t wanna be bothered well if that’s the cause then maybe you need to get a different job she is the one that as soon as you walk in she sits right there the company gets a big F so please stay away we did try the new place in Lockport next to pops very friendly and nice clean environment
