Lynn Nieman, MD, is a Board Certified anesthesiologist who has received extensive training through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) in a fellowship for Aesthetic Medicine. She has had the good fortune to train under Sharon McQuillan, MD, President of the New You Medical Training institute as well as advanced training from Allergan and MedAesthetic. Dr. Nieman attended the Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Texas Health Science center in San Antonio.

Aquagold FacialsWHAT IS THE Aqua Gold Bespoke Facial?The Agua Gold Bespoke Facial is an infusion delivers an individualized cocktail of vitamins and super hydrating antioxidants (including niacinamide, glutathione and peptides) to your skin. These ingredients are gently stamped under your skin with 24-karat mini needles to help hydrate from within, energize and plump your complexion.Results are seen within 1-3 days after treatment and typically last about 3 months. Procedure can be done as often as every 1-3 months, doing several treatments throughout the year will continue to improve overall appearance of skin.For those who seek further pore improvement, ask to add Botox to the cocktail. If you want even more hydration and plumping, we can also add filler as an additional source of hyaluronic acid (HA) to your cocktail!This treatment targets scars, dark spots, pores, and fine lines. Patients notice brighter, plumper skin within minutes of just one treatment.The gold infusion is often used as a date night treatment and is also ideal for big events like weddings and walks on the red carpet!
Chemical Peels
Chemical PeelsChemical peels remove damaged outer layers of skin to make skin smoother, reduce scarring and remove blemishes. Ranging from mild to strong, there are three types of chemical peels: alphahydroxy acid (AHA), trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and phenol. The strength of each peel is tailored to the patient. Peels can be combined with other procedures, such as facelifts, for additional improvement to skin. Chemical peels may be covered by insurance if they are performed for medical rather than cosmetic reasons.Chemical peels are performed in a plastic surgeon’s or dermatologist’s office, or an outpatient surgical center. Anesthesia is not required because TCA and phenol have anesthetic properties, and AHA produces only a slight stinging.Chemical Peel ProcedureDuring a TCA or phenol peel, the skin is cleansed and the solution is applied, which may cause a brief stinging sensation. Petroleum jelly or a waterproof adhesive tape may be put on the skin following a phenol peel. During an AHA peel, the skin is cleansed and the solution applied; there is no need for post-peel ointment or covering.Side Effects Of Chemical PeelsA phenol or TCA peel can result in tingling or throbbing, reddened skin, a crust or scab, and significant swelling that lasts, depending on the strength of the peel used, about a week. With a phenol peel, eyes may be swollen shut at first, and the patient may be put on a liquid diet and advised to keep talking to a minimum. Any tape used is removed after a day or two. AHA peels can cause temporary stinging, redness and irritation, as well as flaking or crusting. After a chemical peel, it is essential that the skin be protected from the sun.
Facial Fillers
WHAT ARE FILLERS? Fillers are used to smooth the skin, create contours, and enhance features. Fillers are made with Hyaluronic Acid, which occurs narturally in the body, and are made by a number of different companies (Juviderm, Restylane, Ravinesse, Merz). During your consultation, we discuss your aesthetic goals and decide which filler is best for you.WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?Results can usually be seen immediately after treatment. The skin can be numbed with a topical agent for sensitive areas of the skin. You may have some temporary redness after your injections, and that usually goes away within a few hours. You may have some swelling that will get better over the next week, and I will give you some strategies for helping with that when you are back at home.HOW LONG WILL MY RESULTS LAST? This really depends on the filler and the place it was used. As a general rule, your results will last 6-12 months. ANY PRECAUTIONS?No exercise for 24 hours You may find sleeping with your head slightly elevated helps with swelling Please use your cell-phone on speaker WHERE ARE FILLERS USED?Cheeks Temples Lips Jawline Nasolabial Folds Under Eye WILL I LOOK LIKE MYSELF?The goal is always for you to look like the best version of you!
Lunchtime Peel

By applying a chemical peel with Malic and Salycilic Acid to the skin, this simple one-step peel relieves congestion, dullness and sallowness. Your results include an increase in cell turnover that will retexturize and smooth the skin and give you Immediate improvement in skin clarity and radiance. A “lunch-time peel” with no downtime; you can refresh and go, any time of the day!
Vivace Fractional Microneedling RF
This is my absolute favorite treatment to encourage collagen and elastin production, minimize pores and fine lines, and gives you an amazing glow without downtime.It’s the newest generation of radio frequency microneedling, and The Vivace is FDA-cleared for your safety. This minimally-invasive treatment stimulates the natural production of collagen and is shown to be effective in alleviating facial wrinkles, fine lines, and tightening and toning the face, neck, hands, and body.What To Expect: When you come in for your appointment we will clean and dry your face and apply a numbing cream. The cream will be on for 15-30 minutes to assure your comfort during the procedure. The actual treatment feels like a little pinch (I’ve had it done, and for me the pinching sensation was minimal). It will last 20-30 minutes depending on the areas that we decide to treat.Afterwards: You may experience a mild redness after the procedure, and we will apply a mask developed with growth factors to sink down into those channels and give you skin the support to start healing and making new collagen and elastin. Those microchannels will be open for 3-4 hours after the procedure. I recommend not applying any additional sunscreen or barriers to the skin. You can bring a hat if you need it for sun protection (although I DO NOT recommend prolonged sun exposure). I will send you home with the remainder of the growth factor serum (from your mask) and you can use it at night before going to bed. The next morning you will wake up for more radiant skin, pores will appear smaller and skin tone and texture will improve. You will continue to see improvements in skin appearance with repeated treatments.How Often Should You Consider Vivace Fractional Microneedling RF? The cell cycle for the surface of the skin is about 28 days, so you should not have treatments any closer together than one month. Optimally, you should consider seasonal treatments (4 per year). We can discuss package pricing if you choose to go that route. If you are having this done before an event (wedding, special occasion, etc.), I would recommend at least 3-5 days prior to the event
Wrinkle Treatments
WHAT ARE WRINKLE TREATMENTS?Botox, Dysport and Xeomin are all variations on a theme…helping you soften the lines on your face. These products are made of a protein that acts to quiet down the expression muscles of the face. This softening of the muscle activity helps to reduce the dynamic lines that you make while talking and laughing, and also help to soften the more set-in, static lines that are there even at rest. These medicines can also be used to achieve some special effects on the face! There is a lip-flip that can help the upper lip appear fuller and treatment of a gummy smile (that’s showing a lot of your gums when you smile…. Some people love this, some people don’t). Be sure to ask if you are curious what else Botox, Dysport or Xeomin can do for you! Most importantly, we will discuss a plan for your treatment before we begin! WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?A treatment with Botox, Dysport or Xeomin is relatively quick (about 15 minutes for the actual injections). I use a super small needle to place tiny amounts of the wrinkle relaxer exactly where I want it to do it’s work! You may have small marks on your skin that will go away within the hour after the treatment.WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?You may start to see results after about 3 days, but it WILL TAKE 14 days for you to see your full results. The effects will last 3-4 months.ANY PRECAUTIONS?No strenuous exercise afterwards No sauna or hot tub Please, no laying down for about 4 hours afterwardWILL I LOOK FROZEN?No. My goal is for you to look like the best version of you!

I started seeing Dr. Nieman after Covid 19 happened end of 2019 I believe. My original Dr retired. After calling several other places, I found that Blossom Medical (Not to be confused with Apple Blossom Medical.) Anyway Dr. Nieman was the only Doctor willing to work with me on the units of botox I needed. A lot places will only inject 20 units at a minimum. I didn’t need that much I was still in my early thirties and after years of squinting I had developed the dreadful 11s in between my eyebrows. She worked with me on the price and the units needed, she worked with me on everything. She is so gentle I can’t even feel it. After a year or two we started doing a couple other minor touchups here and there which has kept my face looking youthful…NOT OVERDONE. Futhermore her personality is warm, kind she is the VERY best I’ve ever seen. She does not overpromote products. Meaning she doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary procedures. She truly understands the art of beauty and the placement of the products that will work with your individual face. I just turned 38, some people believe I’m still in my twenties.. And I owe it all to Dr Nieman. She truly is a gift. I look in the mirror and I’m happier with what I see now than what I saw in my twenties. Thank you for everything.
