I had a 10:30 appointment and I am not kidding I was out of there by 10:51. The service was awful, Kathy acted like this was the last thing on earth she wanted to be doing. Didn’t speak to me, didn’t make my blow out experience positive and my hair turned out awful. I will not be returning and I advise not coming to this location. Blowdry

Went here to get a braided style done. Apparently the stylist doesn’t know how to do braids, she tried to say it would only look okay on blonde hair and then offered to just pin it back like no thanks. So I’m like okay curl it. Then she tells me the curl won’t last because of the humidity and she could straighten. My hair was already straight. Told her do the curls. No heat protectant was used, she blew it out really oddly, gave me a part I didn’t ask for, and then barely used any product on my curls. About an hour later the curls were basically gone. Which is amazing since the day before when it was much more hot and humid, I did my hair myself using proper products and the curls lasted 4-11pm so seemed like a ton of excuses and ppl who don’t know they’re doing. Would avoid especially for the price.

Was in town visiting friends, appointment was made for 2:30pm. Got lost and arrived 10 minutes late. My wife apologized for being late, and the staff proceeded to lambaste her for being late. I guess the customer is always right doesn’t apply at this establishment. At $50.00 for a simple blow out you would think they would be welcoming clients with open arms. Proceed with caution, if you arrive late, they may require you to bring a note from your mom excusing you tardiness. BTW the blow she received was adequate at best.

Wow! What a BloOut. I chanced upon this place accidentally and can’t be happier. Tired of trying the other blow dry bars who could never really manage my thick, coarse hair, only to be surprised by the sleek and shiny style from BloOuts staff. Irarely recommend places, but THIS place.is great.
