I got a regular pedicure here on Friday morning in preparation for my cousin’s black tie optional wedding. I found it very strange that the person giving me a manicure did not do a clear coat on top of the polish. When I asked, he said that they would only do that over one coat of polish, but he did two coats. I had been getting pedicures for several years, and this was the first that I encountered this. I then waited for them to dry a bit and then left. As soon as I got outside in the natural light, I noticed that the pinky toes on both feet looked terrible. Even in the one picture, the toe next to it is not completely covered in polish.

I just finished getting my nails done here, I had the man who sits all the way in the back. For starters he smelt like he just came inside from smoking a cigarette which is so gross so I had to smell that the entire time I was getting my nails done. He was very demanding when he told me to pick a color. I felt like he was in a HUGE rush doing my nails. I’ve never had my nails done so fast before. I’m sorry but tipping… is the customers choice and I did not feel the need to tip after the experience I had. I proceeded to walk out of the store after paying for my 40$ gel manicure which is a little ridiculous if you ask me. And as I’m walking out he proceeds to scream! “HEY” “NO TIP?” And at this point everyone in the nail salon is staring at me. How rude and arrogant he was. Never going here again.

Got a manicure. Told them I had clear polish on my nails. Used one pad to remove all 10 nails. New polish lasted 3 days and then started really chipping. It’s now day 5 and each hand has each nail peeling/ chipping. Never have had this problem before. Manicure

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I have only been here about 3 times but I will not be going back. It is super overcharged for mediocre service. I got a simple french gel manicure and my boyfriend a regular manicure with clear nail polish. When I first went here, they charged about $30 for the gel and $10 for the reg. which is normal and I thought the job was decent.

I’ve went here for a few years, and I NEVER leave reviews. But last time was around easter weekend. The same tattooed man I’ve seen other reviews about was doing my gel nail manicure. As you may know, while your hands are drying they massage you. When the man massaged me, I instantly felt uncomfortable. This man stuck his hands in my shirt all the was below my shoulder blade, down my arms, and very low on my chest. My mom called to complain because I was deeply disturbed. She explained how I was basically assaulted and we were met with these verbatim phrases by the manager Sophia: “i’m sorry we’re just really busy”, “would you like to come back and we will give you a discount?” (my mom said no we just want them to do something about this man because we don’t want it happening to other women) “okay so when would you like to come back?”… Sophia danced around the fact that a man she hired stuck his hands down my shirt… absolutely disgusting. they were overpriced but i didn’t mind because they used to do a decent job on my nails until recently. i will never be going back there, it was literally traumatizing and I was offered a $10 discount.

I’ve been coming here for years and today I was treated very rudely. The man with tattoos on his arm rushed my pedi/mani and acted like he had to be somewhere else. After he rushed me to the drying table he just sat and stared at his phone. I said something to the manager and she didn’t seem to care. The place has lost its level of customer service. After tipping very well and supporting this nail salon all these years it’s sad to be treated this way. Plus they just raised their prices, which I originally understood but now it’s not worth it. I won’t be going back.

It’s a nice establishment but they are either under resourced, poor time managers or just plain slow. There were 3 people seated in the waiting room including myself when I arrived. It quickly grew to 5 and when customer’s were seated at a station for their appointment, they waited another 10 -15 minutes for their nail tech to start working on them. I even saw two nail techs switch off from one customer to another. One tech would start the work on a customer and another would take over, allowing the first nail tech to start working on a different customer. You would think this would be efficient but you would be wrong.This continued throughout the evening leaving some customers waiting for someone to finish their manicure/pedicure that another tech started.
