Hello! My name is Rocio & Blooming Roots Salon is my new business! I am a passionate Hairstylist with 10yrs of experience. I love cutting and coloring hair of all textures, shapes and colors. New to the area of Chino, California. Located in the Phenix salon suites in Target shopping center off Philadelphia street. I am bilingual, I speak Spanish and English. I am promoting my New business to anyone in need of a new Haircut or Hair color. I work by appointment only to ensure & guarantee enough time just for your service!
