I went in for a gel polish pedicure and a manicure. During my services she tried to use a file that fell on the floor and she cut me multiple times, I still felt bad for them because it seemed they had no business that day, I appreciated getting in and out quickly and tipped them 20% cash. The next day the polish started to chip on many nails. On day 5, I went in and asked Trish or Nancy to fix it and she was very rude. She said “you did something wrong, you will pay for nail color change”.

I got my eyebrows waxed here. The the wax was warmer then usual. As soon as I got to my car my eyebrows started itching and instantly got little bumps around my eyebrows. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed multiple times in my life and never had this happen. Plus they could have shaped them better & there was hair on the pillow. I wish I took better pictures. Not coming here again.

Critical: QualityAlright so I got my nails done here and I’m NEVER coming back. The elder man I got was not gentle with my hand and was rough and also on top of that the result was not even good. Alright so I got my nails done here and I’m NEVER coming back. The elder man I got was not gentle with my hand and was rough and also on top of that the result was not even good. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy daughters both went to get their nails done. I had dropped them off. When I picked them up I was so disappointed. One had a pedicure the other got a full set. My daughter’s manicure was horrible. Glue all around her fingers and her nails were all crooked. My other daughter’s feet looked like a 3 year old painted her toe nails. They told her it would be $28.00 then charged her $40.00. My daughter was told $28.00 and the guy said he used gel that it was $40.00. My daughter never told him to use gel. I went in and complained about both. This place is a joke. The lady said for them to come back and she would fix the issue. I told her if they couldn’t do it right the first time, why would I have them go back. Do not go there. They push you constantly to get things and I was asked right away if I wanted a pedicure I asked how much I was told $25 I said no I better wait then the guy grabbed the color I liked and said come on we will paint your toes the same color I said ok it probably look good. Then I got a manicure and asked for Rounded off nails I got a bunch of different ended nails sooo disappointing and you can see the nails through the sun ugh just awful!!! Not worth $65!!! I asked for an Almond shape nail he gave me a round deformed shape it was no where near almond.
