Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI used to love this place when the previous Manger was in charge. Ever since he left, they have gone downhill fast. Last time I went, one of the ladies that did my nails added $5 more to my card than she was supposed to. I asked her if she tipped herself and she acted like I was confused.
