My sister and I went to this nail salon. She has Sarah and I had Linda. First, my nails kept getting glued on crooked. When I asked her to fix them she argued with me and didn’t want to. After going back and forth for a few minutes, she finally did after throwing the acetone bottle at my hands abruptly. Then, I told Linda I wanted the shape in the picture I showed her and referenced it. She cut them way too short and told me she can’t cut the nails based off a picture. I told her to take the nails off and I would go somewhere else. Linda stormed off and told her coworker to take care of it. Extremely unprofessional. Now for Sarah, she also messed up my sisters shape the same way, too short even though she showed her the picture. Sarah was much nicer than Linda but still a little rude when I explained the issue. Sarah did however take both of our nails off and did not charge us. Will never go back because of how unprofessional Linda is.

They are very sneaky with their prices. I used a gift card that was gifted to me and they charged me $5 extra because the gift card was purchased last month by credit card. My mother gave me the gift card so I asked her if they already charged her the fee for purchasing the gift card using a credit card and sure enough they did! Terrible sneaky people.

Last time i went here i got a great manicure, it lasted 3 weeks, but when i went here this week it was not the same quality(hence the 3 stars instead of 2)the gel manicure i got was uneven in both nail length and polish. My pedicure was rushed and the skin that was peeling on the side of my toe was scrubbed once and then just left there with pieces just hanging off still.

Critical: Quality, ValueTERRIBLE. every nail was misshapen and not symmetrical. When she applied powder, they were ridiculously thick. I asked multiple times for it to be fixed-correctly shaped and thinned out, she said she would. When they weren’t I asked again, she said they would- they weren’t. How many times do I have to ask for something before I realize that it’s not going to get done? While filing she cut me not once not twice on FOUR NAILS almost five before I pulled my hand away. There are actual gaps between my nail and the tip placed on my nail which will inevitably grow a fungus as soon as water gets in which won’t be a problem given the size of the gap. She was ready to polish my nails before I had enough and left without putting any color on. You were ready to polish my nails? Meanwhile there is enormous globs of acrylic on the underside of my nail. I even asked her not once but TWICE if she normally does acrylic fillins because it didn’t seem like it and every single tool she used was not from her station and borrowed from another desk. In a rush, hoping I’m overreacting, and trying not to rip someone’s head off I paid, left and went to a different salon. The other salon’s tech brought up point after point of what was wrong with the nails and that I should not have paid!SO I return to the original salon and ask about a refund, they bring the manager who did not do my nails but was one of the three technicians I spoke to earlier. I should have told her I was unhappy. ONE I don’t know you are the manager TWO you were not the one doing my nails why would I complain to you THREE how many times do I need to ask for the same thing before I realize it’s not going to get done and leave. This woman says they don’t offer refunds and I left I should have complained beforehand. I explained I was hoping I was over reacting and that it wasn’t that bad. Still I left so what can she do. BET. I took pictures here is every thing you need to see. I will be growing fungus on at least THREE of my nails, run the risk of infection on FOUR because your technician cut me! To say I am dissatisfied with the service here would be an understatement. I came here today for a regular manicure. After I paid and the woman finished painting my nails, as any normal person would, I got up and walked towards the drying station (or should I say what used to be the drying station) to dry my nails before my car ride home. I was then informed that they do not have any dryers any longer. Again, this was AFTER my nails were done and AFTER I paid. I was told that I could “sit outside and wait for my nails to dry” (not even any attempt at an apology). If you don’t have a dryer, fine BUT HAVE A SIGN UP OR TELL YOUR CLIENT BEFORE YOU FINISH THEIR NAILS AND THEY PAY! I would have never agreed to getting a manicure had I known this! The minute I opened my car door and turned on my car to attempt to pathetically dry my nails with my cars AC, I saw they were already destroyed. I will never revisit or recommend this salon, what a shame

Ive used this salon a couple of times and they were pretty good but this time was horrendous they literally butchered my foot and were not even apologetic they just brushed it off i spent 160 for me and my wife they just didnt care i wish i would of got up and left but i wasnt trying to upset my wife and ruin her day as i took her out for long overdue pedi’s but this should happen to anyone been 5 days of agony in works boots 12hr shift too… i added photo to the page but they probably wont allow them to go up wish i could put them up attached to this review

Been going to this salon since they opened. I am a very loyal customer. I made an appointment for today to have my nails done for vacation. Nika told me that they only put me in for a half hour and she couldn’t do it. She told me another girl could do my nails and the design with no problem. Well she filed them all different sizes and when she tried to do the design she couldn’t even do a straight line. I ended up leaving them plain and now have to find a new salon to fix the mess that was made. I guess loyalty means nothing to Nika or her business because she acted like she couldn’t care less how I felt.
