Gel manicure on June 9, 2022 done by the owner Elie. She rushed, used the electric file to remove the old gel. Tomorrow June 23 would make 2 weeks. My nails were nice and thick before now look at them. Thin, breaking & destroyed. Have to remove the gel, cut them short and start all over. Definitely not returning or recommending getting a gel manicure there.

I wanted to like this place. First time was great. However, I went back 3 additional times. I noticed the price changes every single time for the same services. I was uncomfortable to ask my fault. What I liked the least is how aggressive I noticed Ellie being on all customers for a tip. Calling people out in front of everyone for how much they tip. This is so unprofessional, she charges double what other salons charge and then belittles her customers. I won’t be returning and won’t be recommending anyone there. Customers beware!

I went for a regular manicure and pedicure and the girl who did my mani- pedi was very gentle and good. I had a relaxing session. My total was $35 and I gave a $2 tip to her. However, i am very disappointed with the manager who came to me at the end to say I should tip the girl more money and she literally asked me if i have more cash to tip her. She even said people usually pay no less than $5. It was very embarrassing and i gave her extra $3, and she still said people pay like $7-$8. I don’t think someone should ask for extra tip from their customers, this was really cheap and unprofessional. Customers have the right to tip whatever amount they wish to or sometimes they might not tip too, but it was very wrong asking for extra tip.

I’m giving 2 stars due to the professionalism from the 2 Asian ladies that work there.. when you come in they greet you and are very hospitable.. I was referred here twice by my friend for pedicures and I won’t be going back because my feet were rough and I paid extra for callus remover.. .my husband got a manicure and his nails weren’t cut and still had dirt underneath them.

Rude lady who was on the shorter side. She refused to do French tips on me claiming my nails are short and then kept giving me an attitude the whole time. She proceeded to gossip with her pals about me and rolling her eyes. I still tipped her but she was absolutely rude will not be coming back.

I highly reccomend this place. I’ve been getting my nails done there for a couple years now and will never go back to my old place. Its totally worth the drive for me knowing I’m getting great service. Very clean place, awesome staff, very patient and I love that I never have to wait.
