Caution – some of the nail techs here are good but some are not. Kathy is decent but last time I had Rosa and she was awful. Very rough when filing and cutting cuticles. Almost every finger was bleeding after and they still hurt days later. Not to mention the nails were all uneven / crooked even after I asked her to fix them (see photo of crooked thumb nail). They are not shaped square as I had asked but were more rounded. I wouldn’t come back here again.

I received a gel manicure. Both my thumb nails chipped a day after. I went back and they gave me a hard time at first about fixing it but eventually did when I waited because I didn’t want to come back since I paid so much. Since then, 4 nails have chipped including the one they fixed and it hasn’t even been a week. Whenever I get gel manicures they last at least 2-3 weeks and usually no chipping occurs. Just frustrating spending +$45 for nails to chip right away.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came from California for a wedding in town and had no idea how to choose a salon or what I was in for besides Google reviews. Rest assured, the 5 star review average is completely warranted. I called in Friday at 12:30 and was able to book a 2:15 appointment same day. When I arrived someone was ready to take me and start working immediately. I wanted to try dip color and my only complaint is that the nail tech tried very hard to make me change my mind to do a a gel set after I told her I wanted color powder dip. I’m sure she had her reasons, but I’m so glad I did the powder! They look absolutely gorgeous. The woman next to me did gel and hers came out beautiful as well. I wish I could bring this salon with me home to California. I have been attending Blooming Nails since they opened. I have had my nails done for over 25 years, and tried many nail places. This establishment is new, very clean, and is taking their protocols, and cleanliness procedures very seriously! Kathy, and all of the girls are friendly, kind, skilled and courteous. Every pedicure has been excellent, not rushed, and relaxing. The gel manicure color selections are abundant. The gel manicure has lasted me over 3-4 weeks. Blooming Nails is worth visiting!!
