Critical: Quality, Value6.11.21The place is clean and they are friendly but the quality of work is very poor and overpriced. I got a UV Gel tip set and it may be the worse I have ever gotten. Bubbles, non uniform paint job with holes even after continuous instructions to the technician of where she missed. $100 and I literally want to cry at the lack of quality and care. As I was getting my nails done, another customer complained about her paint job and requested for them to do it over. I should have known then. Looks like my 7 year old niece could have done it. Very disappointed.UPDATE 6.16.21I called the shop and let them know I was disappointed and the gentleman was profusely apologetic and offered to have them fixed. An hour before my new appointment to get them fixed, they called to reschedule me. The day of my new new rescheduled appointment, the same nail tech who did my first set took me 35 minutes past my appointment time. Let me just say this- they are extremely friendly in there but the quality of work is not there. The work is so rushed. I also felt bullied into getting a nail color and design that I didn’t want but the tech clearly felt comfortable doing however while doing the design, the tech made multiple comments that normally this design is $15 and she is doing me a favor by doing it for free and that next time she would be charging me $15. The design is sloppy and the lines aren’t straight and there are small white specks flicked off the brush on spots they should not be . I am still very disappointed.I appreciate the kindness but I won’t be back.6.11.21The place is clean and they are friendly but the quality of work is very poor and overpriced. Don’t expect good service if you get a regular pedicure. They try to talk you into getting a $50 and above spa pedicure but if you don’t, you get the bare minimum. Ive left unhappy with the pedicure more often then I have left happy. I wanted to love this place but they will no longer get my money. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for!

Wish had seen some of these reviews. Although everyone is very polite, I think they don’t understand English too well. Hate to say this but it seems to be true. This is the worst manicure I have ever received. It asked for my nails to be filed squarely, ended up round. Asked that they use gel plus the dip in Powder both in the white and clear so I could have a permanent French they couldn’t get it. So I got so annoyed told him to just painted on the white totally crooked. After I was done she brought out the white powder. Despite them giving me many free gifts I will never return. I’m usually not one to post anything bad but I am seething
